Edween Verse Surprises Fans with Lyric Video for New Song "TAXI"

 

[Star Daily News = Cheon Seol-hwa] DJ and producer Edween Verse unexpectedly released the full lyric video for his new song "TAXI (Feat. moodenuf, Ferandson, floryy, TAEO)" on July 28th at 6 PM through the official YouTube channels of Fantrie and FRICOLAGE.

The video features a lone taxi racing down a long runway, accompanied by scenes of the collapsing moon and falling meteor fragments, which then fly into space. These visuals blend with the song's lyrics, creating a melancholic mood that enhances the listener's immersion.

The song's conversational lyrics, paired with the sensory and trendy visuals, convey a deep sense of heartbreak, resonating strongly with viewers and evoking a shared emotional response.

"TAXI" is an alternative pop song that uses a taxi as a metaphor for the regret and longing following a breakup. It has garnered attention for featuring four up-and-coming musicians—moodenuf, Ferandson, floryy, and TAEO.

This album marks the beginning of the 'Bestination' project, an album support initiative for new musicians by FrankStore, the operator of the membership fan platform Fantrie. Edween Verse was selected as the first musician for this project.

The song's production involved FRICOLAGE, a creative production company known for their work on albums, music videos, and overall visuals and 3D designs for various musicians such as Sik-K, AVIN, DAVII, and Sophy Bird, thereby ensuring high quality.

Meanwhile, Edween Verse is dedicated to working on his new album, set to be released this summer.
