Fantrie Participates in '2023 Indiecraft The Festa' with Five Creator Teams

 

Fantrie, a fan-creator membership platform (CEO: Baek Seung-jae), announced today that five of its creator teams participated in the global indie game festival ‘2023 Indiecraft The Festa.’

‘2023 Indiecraft The Festa,’ now in its seventh year, is an indie game-related event hosted by the city of Seongnam and jointly organized by the Seongnam Industry Promotion Agency and the Korea Mobile Game Association.

The five creator teams from Fantrie that participated in Indiecraft were ‘Minimum Studio,’ ‘Codename Bom,’ ‘Team Shape,’ ‘Direct Pointer,’ and ‘Ravita Studio.’ They engaged with fans at the event through their unique games.

- Minimum Studio showcased the pixel art RPG action game ‘Cat Girl Survival,’ gaining attention for its highly polished game design and directing elements.
- Codename Bom presented ‘Archetype Blue,’ a roguelite genre game with a deck-building system, drawing particular interest for the diverse outcomes generated by various choices.
- Team Shape featured the dungeon exploration game ‘Requiem,’ notable for its use of strong contrast and limited visuals, combined with intricate and dynamic sound design.
- Direct Pointer introduced ‘Battle Cheto,’ which combines chess rules with an RPG battle system, creating a multi-dimensional world with detailed character narratives.
- Ravita Studio presented the puzzle game ‘Gravity Maze,’ where the direction control buttons manipulate gravity, causing the ball and map terrain to move together, highlighting the innovative concept.

Baek Seung-jae, CEO of Fantrie, stated, "We are pleased that our Fantrie-affiliated game creators received positive feedback while interacting with fans at the 2023 Indiecraft The Festa. We will continue to support the diverse activities of our creators."

In addition to indie games, Fantrie actively supports various subcultures such as underground idols, indie bands, and jazz musicians. Recently, they launched an online private class with world-renowned flutist Jasmine Choi.
